As per the "Property Rules and Policies" documents received from MMT, where facilities and other this were mentioned, Some basic facilities we did not received in our stay at this pathetic Hotel like, NO TOWELS, NO INERCOME, NO TOILETERIES, NO TOILET PAPER, NO DENTAL KIT, NO DRINKING WATER. Even Drinking water we just received one first day. Other things like Kids play area, Indoor game, Bonfire they did not knew about. My worst experience is the Hotel staff Rude and dishonest behavior, even complaining about No Intercome and No drinking water etc they were lying to me. At the time of leaving Hotel, its a basic curtsy that Hotel staff say "Thank you/Come again etc, but they were all standing and staring at us. Pls If any Hotel does not provide all these facilities like Drinking water, Towels, etc as mentioned in MMT document do not Give the Hotel 3 star ratings. Also Hotel location is just 500 mt from Picture palace but 300 mt is walk is so steep anngle that we were exhausted everytime, so not good for Sr. Citizens.

Pathetic and dirty linen.place infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. Approach road has a steep walking steps. They have faked all the reviews on Google. You could actually see moving bed bugs below the mattress. Pls check the beds if you have paid thr amount have no option to cancel

I have booked this hotel to spend my weekend in Mussoorie with my friends and I must say that the Hotel The Glen was a very nice property with big rooms and offering food as well and all that at a very decent price. My weekend went well in this hotel. Very impressed!

WE stayed here for two nights with two rooms. The location is pathetic with a very steep climb from the hotel to mall road, which was difficult for my parents. The rooms were super dirty with insects and roaches. The cupboards had fungus/mold all over. I would never recommend this.
